Good Winter
I wrote this in poetry class today. Knives fall heavy in this long endless night. I stand outside with no one insight. Where have they gone? Have they all gone to bed? Or drifted away to not lose their head. Bouncing off windows and rooftops above, this is one winter I know I will love.
